A few
years ago, I met Kim Holloway, a wonderful writer from Greenfield, MA. She
had a crazed cat named Monty and the stories about our cats antics just inspired
me to do something creative, so I took pencil and pen in hand and created
'Life With Monty'. I wanted this strip to be a funny look at cat ownership
without the cartoony style and lasagna jokes. Kim would feed me bizarre stories
about Monty and I would draw out by hand, the strip. Then I would scan the
art into my Mac and tone it in Photoshop. We hope you enjoy the series and
look for different strips each month.
